These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use www.mrhicksroofing.com, request an estimate or inspection, receive services from Mr Hicks Roofing, LLC ("Mr Hicks Roofing," "we," "us," or "our"), or receive text messages from us. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Mr Hicks Roofing provides roofing inspections, repairs, replacements, and related services to homeowners, property owners, tenants, and property management companies in Coffee, Dale, Houston, Geneva, Pike, and Covington counties in Alabama.
2. Estimates
Estimates are based on the conditions we can see at the time of inspection. The final scope and price of work will be stated in a written estimate or agreement for your job. Hidden damage found once work begins (for example, rotted decking) may require additional work, and we will discuss any changes with you before proceeding.
3. Scheduling
We will work with you, your property manager, or your insurance company to schedule inspections and work. Appointment times are estimates and may change due to weather, safety conditions, material availability, or earlier jobs running long. We will do our best to let you know about any changes as soon as possible. Please make sure we have safe access to the property at the scheduled time.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be stated in your estimate, invoice, or agreement for your job.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mr Hicks Roofing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays or damage caused by weather, acts of nature, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Any warranty for your job will be only as stated in writing for that job.
6. Website Use
The information on our website is for general purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation.
7. SMS / Text Message Terms
